Most of our current services are free to use. This policy applies to any paid features, subscriptions, or marketplace transactions that may be offered now or in the future.
1. Free Services
Many of our core services are provided free of charge, including:
- Access to digital dictionaries (Rongmei Dictionary and future tribe dictionaries)
- Basic access to community platforms like Gaychamv Lu
- Browsing cultural content and archives
As these services are free, no refund applies.
2. Paid Subscriptions and Premium Features
If we offer paid subscription plans or premium features in the future:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Refund window: Refund requests made within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal will be considered for a full refund.
- After 7 days: Refunds will not be issued for the current billing period, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
- Annual plans: Refund requests for annual subscriptions must be made within 14 days of purchase.
3. Naga Marketplace Transactions
For purchases made through Naga Marketplace (marketplace.naga.you), when available:
Physical Products
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
- Handcrafted and custom-made items may not be eligible for refund unless defective
Digital Products
- Digital content purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded
- If the digital product is defective or significantly different from its description, a refund may be issued within 7 days
Seller Disputes
Naga Marketplace connects buyers with independent sellers. In case of disputes:
- Contact the seller directly first to resolve the issue
- If unresolved, contact our support team for mediation
- Naga Technology reserves the right to issue refunds and adjust seller accounts in cases of clear policy violations
4. Event Tickets
For tickets purchased through Naga Events (events.naga.you), when available:
- More than 7 days before event: Full refund available
- Within 7 days of event: 50% refund available
- Within 24 hours of event or after event: No refund
- Cancelled events: Full refund will be issued automatically
- Rescheduled events: Tickets remain valid for the new date; refund available if the new date does not work for you

- Order or transaction reference number

6. Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

- Bank processing times may add additional days depending on your financial institution
7. Non-Refundable Items

- Donations or voluntary contributions to the platform
- Services already fully rendered
- Accounts terminated due to policy violations
